First Payment

After you agree with our plan, you will have to make a deposit payment. You will sign a GIS Service Agreement, pay a retainer and receive citizenship application package. The deposit will depend on the total value of the contract between you and GIS. You can pay your deposits by bank wire transfer or with your NETs/ credit/ debit card through a card terminal. Before payment, please double-check the agreement to make sure that all of it is correct. Then choose a payment method and make your payment.

We will assist you in filling out the necessary forms for the government registration process. You only need to provide the requested personal information. The documentation that you require is as follows:

  • Residency by Investment Application
  • Photograph and Signature Certificate
  • Medical Certificate

Get approval

Get approval

We will work with the government on your behalf. We guarantee you the earliest approval time. The Government will review the application. Usually, it will take 3 - 4 months from submission. Payment of Government approval fee per applicant is required at this stage.

You will pay the prescribed government fee depending on the citizenship/ residency method you choose. On approval, government fees are paid and necessary contribution made. You will pay the remaining service fee to us. Get your certificate and second passport.

1. What is “Residency by Investment”?

Residency by Investment (also known is some parts as Golden Visa) is a process whereby individuals, along with their eligible family members, are able to acquire permanent resident status in a country in exchange for making a specified quantum of investment in eligible categories.

2. What is an EB- 5 Visa?

The United States EB-5 visa is an Immigrant Investor Visa Program. This is a popular method for eligible Immigrant Investors to become lawful permanent residents or to get the “green card” for the whole family. Thanks to EB-5 visa, husband/wife in law and all non-married children below 21 years old of the investors can get the “green card” and have a full right of a US permanent resident.

Before November 21, 2019, the minimum amount of investment was 500.000 US$, but now the investor has to invest at least 900.000 US$ to get an EB-5 visa. The duration for approval lasts for 24 months.

Some jurisdictions may require you to be under a certain age, some might require proof of business/managerial experience, while some may require you to prove language proficiency.
